Private Communication Clouds

Directra users belong to one or more private communication clouds. Each cloud is only visible to the members of that group. Each conversation is only visible to the participants and the group administrator.

Directra connects to people via their existing devices (PC, PBX, mobile phones or land line).
The Directra API allows enterprise software to initiate alerts and conversations automatically.
